Regarding the cancellation of the September 19 event

AMUSE Autism Foundation was not the promoter, producer, organizer, ticket seller, or permit applicant for this event. AMUSE was invited to participate solely as a charitable beneficiary. 

AMUSE did not sell tickets, collect ticket revenue, process payments, or receive or control any ticket-sale proceeds. As a result, AMUSE does not have access to those funds and is unable to issue refunds.

We are aware that some communications regarding the cancellation have incorrectly described the concert as an “AMUSE Autism Foundation event.” That description is inaccurate.
